  • HIX Industrial Curing Ovens are application and process designed yet versatile. They are used to cure epoxies, coatings, resins and sealants and are designed to hold the temperature setting with high levels of accuracy to make sure that the chemical reactions in the curing process are happening at the optimal temperature and rate. Curing is common in a number of industries such as automotive, aerospace, electronics, medical, powdercoating, and more.       • Our photo-eye belt stop sensors are placed at the delivery end of the oven to alert operators or a robotic assembly that a part is ready to be loaded or unloaded.

    • Belt Indexing System
      • An Indexing belt system separates parts into the appropriate spacing to maintain proper airflow and even heating. They can also be used to control production cycles.
    • Forced Air Cooler
      • Certain situations require products to be cooled after the heating cycle and prior to handling, or the next step in the production process. Filtered forced air coolers cool and blow ambient air to evenly reduce the product temperature at a controlled pace.
    • Robotic Interface Controls
      • HMI & PLC interface systems allow you to fully integrate the oven to robotic assemblies to streamline production. Our custom options range from fixtures designed for precision arm movements, to sensors that will alert a robotic assembly to load or unload your products.
    • Heat Curtains
      • Heat curtains are critical to efficient heat retention in conveyor oven models by retaining as much hot air as possible in the oven chamber.
    • High & Low Temperature Alarm Sensors

      • Properly arranging your products on the conveyor belt for processing is critical for proper airflow and heat exchange while ensuring the appropriate load of the belt.

      • Ensure that proper operations continue with lockout panels for switches and controls.
    • Belt Direction
      • The direction of the conveyor belt can be customized based on the application. Dual belt systems can have belts operating in the same or opposite directions to suit your production line layout or process.
