HIX Industrial Ovens & Dryers

HIX Ovens is a custom manufacturer of industrial ovens & dryers. Our approach to designing and manufacturing is to be a solution partner with purpose of increasing the productivity and efficiency of your process.Contact us at 800-835-0606 ext. 210 for more details.

Preheating

HIX Preheating equipment supports temperatures less than 600º F. Superior in performance, our Infra-Air ovens used for applications like automotive glass after robotic placement are our specialty. In process design, we provide a wide range of applications like Infrared ovens used to pre-heat plastics for logo stamping, or Infra-air ovens to melt resins into carbon fibers for light-weight structural materials.

HIX Oven knows increased productivity via reduced pre-heat time is critical to efficient production. We evaluate process needs and material to best use our 50+ years experience to create the most efficient pre-heat process possible. Using our experience we have been successful in increasing process throughput and reducing foot print of equipment. For many applications we have been able to reduce process time for as much as 10-25%, sometimes more.

No matter what the application, HIX is your resource for oven design to fit your application. Let us engineer a solution for you. To learn more or request a quote, please contact us at 800-835-0606 ext 210.

Curing

HIX Curing primary focus is in Infra-air, and electric hot air convection oven equipment. These products generally produce temperatures less than 600º F. Superior in performance, our Infra-Air ovens used for applications like inks and coatings, are our specialty. Our electric hot air convection ovens are commonly used to soften or melt two plastic parts together, or to cure epoxy in automotive sensors or cure carbon molds in filtration.

HIX Oven knows increased productivity via higher quality and sometimes faster cure is critical to efficient production. We evaluate process needs and material to best use our 50+ years experience to create the most efficient curing process possible. Using our experience we have been successful in increasing process throughput and improve quality of output. For many applications, for example electronics, we have been able to improve quality rates by providing tight temperature profiles and balanced curing of part surfaces.
